Quotes are generated from the file and options provided at the time of pricing. We reserve the right to refuse, revise, or manually review any file that contains technical issues, unsupported geometry, or incorrect assumptions.
Quoted prices are shown in GBP. Delivery, finishing, and any optional services are included only where clearly stated during checkout.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the uploaded file is correct, complete, and suitable for manufacture. That includes dimensions, fit, hole positions, clearances, material choice, finish choice, and intended application.
Any bending, assembly, structural suitability, certification, or end-use compliance remains the customer’s responsibility unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
An order is treated as accepted once payment has been received or the job has been manually approved. We may contact the customer before manufacture if a file needs clarification or a manual review is required.
Lead times are estimates unless explicitly confirmed. Production timing may vary depending on material availability, finishing, and queue volume.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability should be limited to the value of the order supplied. Indirect or consequential loss, including business interruption, installation cost, rework, or loss of profit, should be excluded.
