Delivery and Returns

set expectations clearly around shipping, damage, and made-to-order work

This page should explain how delivery works, where you ship, and what happens if a customer receives something wrong or damaged. It is especially important for custom-made parts.

Current Site Rules
Orders are restricted to UK mainland delivery addresses
Shipping is calculated automatically from the backend rules
Custom-made parts usually need a tighter returns policy than standard retail goods
Dispatch and courier wording should be finalised before launch

Delivery area

We currently accept orders for UK mainland delivery addresses only. Non-mainland, overseas, and unsupported addresses may require manual review or may not be accepted through the online checkout.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are calculated automatically based on the order weight and package dimensions using our current backend rules. The delivery charge shown at checkout forms part of the order total.

Transit issues

If a package arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears to have been lost in transit, customers should contact us promptly with the order details and any relevant photographs so we can investigate.

Returns and custom work

Because parts are made to customer-supplied specifications, returns are not the same as standard retail returns. Any final wording here should be reviewed carefully before launch to reflect UK consumer law and your business policy.
